Maria Kay’s channel is a real and raw documentation of a young woman’s everyday life, as she bounces between bubbly make-up and hair tutorials to more serious topics such as surviving sexual assault and stepping away from studies abroad.
Her personality drives the channel, with a soft-spoken willingness to speak openly about her inner-most feelings and close relationships.
Kay has had a channel for just over a year now and although she posts sporadically, she has gained over 1 000 subscribers. As a viewer you easily get a sense of who she is and it’s touching to witness her unfiltered honesty.

Aside from travelling, the channel also has some gems focused on food and luxury, all in clips of between 20 and 30 minutes for her almost 9 000 subscribers.
If you’re looking for hijinks and a few good laughs, check out Gail Mudje’s channel, which is a mixed bag of the hilarious stories and pranks the host plays on her siblings and cousins, make-up tags and drinking games.
She pulls off being candid while still exuding an air of glamour.
Wildly popular Georgina always has a good time up her sleeve. The YouTuber and make-up artist frequently prank calls celebrities, pushes her friends’ buttons, talks the truth about some Namibian realities and shows the occasional cat eye tutorial.
What’s great about her is that she seems absolutely fearless. Whether it’s calling Dillish to try and start a fight or bothering King Tee Dee on his personal line, she’s quite the character and her subcribers lap it up.
Lastly is a dynamic duo called Ndilo and Cookii, who play games, air their unpopular opinions, have cheeky Q&As and just engage in general debauchery. They’re young and just seem to be having fun with their original content which is local and relatable.
The two sisters have over 3 000 subscribers and have been posting on their channel since April.
