‘Zambezi Night’ heads to the coast

CHEZ Ntemba VIP at Walvis Bay is about to get lit! The popular ‘Zambezi Night’ party is heading to the coast for the first time in years this Friday, and performers are absolutely hyped for the show.

Botswana’s DJ Latimmy Mfana wa Kasane will be taking up the DJ stand this time around, with DJ Vuyo Morkado and DJ Siya Zumba on the assist, as well as the resident DJ Houvas.

The party will start from 20h00 until late.

DJ Siya, who doubles up as a performer and organiser, said that this time, the show is going to be a little different.

“We are taking our culture to the coast,” he said. “The show happens annually, but last year, we kept the show in Windhoek and Katima. It’s going to be different this time.”

On Saturday, however, ‘Zambezi Night’ will be brought back to the capital city thanks to the ‘Malyalya Mwa Windhoek’ party, which translates to just enjoying and having a good time. Scheduled to take place at Old Chez Ntemba (opposite GIPF), more DJs from the Zambezi region will be making an appearance including DJ Armando, DJ Frank and DJ Lizo. Get your dancing shoes ready by 20h00.

Tickets will be available at the gate at both venues.
