Twenty-five clients who financed their vehicles with Bank Windhoek during the Bank Windhoek vehicle and asset finance campaign have each won accommodation for two people for six nights at any Gondwana Lodge across the country.

The twenty-five winners are Johannes Angolo, Raynold Bouwer, Simon Kaukungwa, Frances Heydenrych, Chris Heunis, Benjamin Uutoni, Henry N Louw, Fritz Becker, Conny’s Joinery, Twinspark Construction, Veiko Alexander, Refrigeration Equipment Supplies, Anita Schroder, Marjolize Marais, Silke Ursula Sack, Immanuel Shangheta Immanuel, Jacob Adriaan Booysen, Luan Wijgergangs, Philippus Cornelius Liebenberg, PRO Housing CC, Willow Junius, Vincent Kotze, Uamuina Kandanga, Erich Boane and Wolfaardt Prinsloo.

The campaign, which ran between 16 March and 25 April, was a gift to the nation, and formed part of Namibia’s 25 years of independence celebrations.

The winners expressed their gratitude to Bank Windhoek and Gondwana Collection Namibia for awarding them with fantastic holiday vouchers for them and their loved ones.

Manni Goldbeck, managing director at Gondwana Collection Namibia, congratulated the winners on their new vehicles as well as their holiday vouchers. He welcomed each winner to the Gondwana family and said that they have a choice of the lodges they want to visit. “We hope you enjoy your stay with us. Be assured that the Gondwana staff members are ready to provide you with excellent hospitality services,” Goldbeck said.

The winners can choose to stay six nights at one specific lodge or visit a variety of Gondwana lodges to a maximum of six nights in total, over a period of their choice.

Also speaking at the handover ceremony, Michele Wathen, administration manager at the vehicle and asset finance branch at Bank Windhoek, said: “The response from clients during the campaign was incredible. I would like to thank our clients for supporting us and making the campaign a success. We have been partners with Gondwana Collection Namibia for over three years now and the success of our partnership is built on the philosophy of both companies on providing excellent service to our clients and making our products and services accessible to more Namibians.”

A first for Namibia, Bank Windhoek has gone a step further to create a Monthly Motor Market in partnership with Windhoek Afrikaans Private (WAP). The Monthly Motor Market is a new platform where clients and dealers can sell their cars to interested individuals.

The next Motor Market will take place on Saturday, 18 July 2015 at Affies Park (Wanderers Sports Grounds) in Pioneers Park. Staff members of Bank Windhoek’s vehicle and asset finance branch will be there to assist with purchases.
