THE acting Bondelswart chief, Josef Christiaan, who died a week ago will be buried on Saturday at Warmbad.
Christiaan died a week ago at the Karasburg State Hospital hours after being hit by a Land Rover as he tried to cross a road. He was 53. A memorial service in his honour was held at Gibeon yesterday and Desmond Andreas, a member of the organising committee tasked with making the late chief’s burial arrangements, said other services will also be held at Keetmanshoop today and at Karasburg (3 July).
