EIF alerts public of unauthorised partnership with Namibian Mining News

THE Environmental Investment Fund of Namibia (EIF) has issued a fraud alert regarding an unauthorised partnership involving a company called Namibian Mining News.

The organisation’s profile indicates that it has 17 employees under chief executive officer Benedict Libanda, with offices located in Ludwigsdorf, Windhoek.In a media statement, the EIF said the organisation has no affiliation or partnership with Namibian Mining News.

“Any claim or representation made by Namibian Mining News or any individual or entity purporting to be associated with the EIF is not valid and should be reported immediately to the EIF’s corporate communications department or to the Namibian Police

”The statement said the EIF strongly condemned any unauthorised activities that misrepresent its name or seek to exploit the public.
