A girl (17) was allegedly raped by three men at Karanawa village in the Ndiyona constituency of the Kavango East region on Friday at around 23h00.
The suspects are aged 15, 25 and 27, said the Namibian Police in a recent crime report.
According to police spokesperson Kauna Shikwambi, the victim was under the influence of alcohol when this incident took place.
She said the suspects were arrested and are due to appear in court on Tuesday.

In a separate rape incident, a man (28) was arrested after he allegedly raped a woman (45) at Hakahana on Sunday at around 05h00.
It is alleged that the victim’s sister locked the doors after learning about the rape, while the suspect was inside the room.
She called the police who apprehended the suspect.

Meanwhile, at Okahayulu village in the Oshikango constituency on Saturday, it is alleged that a man followed a woman (26) as she was walking home from Angola to Namibia.
The suspect raped her and robbed her of N$400 and Kz700.
The suspect is unknown and, therefore, has not yet been arrested.
