Former All People’s Party (APP) secretary general Vincent Kanyetu has resigned from the party.
Kanyetu said in his resignation letter that his decision is aimed at restoring his family’s dignity and pespect.
Kanyetu was suspended from the party in June, and before resigning was awaiting the outcome of a disciplinary hearing.
Kanyetu said he has resigned from the APP together with some 200 fellow party members.
