Ali wins … again

BRITISH-based Namibian boxer, Paulus ‘Ali’ Nuumbembe, scored what could well be his easiest victory in the paid ranks when he won his seventh professional fight on a first-round technical knock-out.

The welterweight boxer, who won a bronze medal for Namibia at the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games, squared up against Briton Wayne Wheeler in one of several undercards fights at Penningtons in Bradford, England on Friday night.
