THE Otjiwarongo Police are offering a N$20 000 reward for information leading to the arrest with the death of a captain in the Namibian Defence Force.
James Naluwe,who was stationed at the town at the time of his death, was stabbed in the neck on Dr Libertina Amathila Avenue on November 30 last year, some time between 02h00 and 03h00.
