RUNDU – The Traditional Chief of the Barakwena in West Caprivi, Thaddeus Chedau, has urged residents to stop vandalising Government buildings.

He mentioned that the infrastructure of most of 25 houses built by the Ministry of Lands, Resettlement and Rehabilitation in 1997 had been damaged.
