Let’s Respect Our Dead Dogs

Let’s Respect Our Dead Dogs

I HAVE lived in Rundu since 2002.

As a resident of this town one thing worries me on a daily basis. People seem not care about the death of their dogs.We all keep dogs at our premises for security and protection of our properties from thieves. But we seem to ignore their death and disrespect their remains. When I walk the streets of Rundu I find a dead dogs being left to rot in the streets, causing a health hazard to the people of the town.I think it is only fair that we bury our dogs to show respect to what they have done for us.It does not require money or a funeral service to bury your dead dog.Fellow citizens, it’s time to be responsible and do things properly and it is fair and reasonable to bury our dogs when their departure time comes.Thomas Libebe RunduPeople seem not care about the death of their dogs.We all keep dogs at our premises for security and protection of our properties from thieves. But we seem to ignore their death and disrespect their remains. When I walk the streets of Rundu I find a dead dogs being left to rot in the streets, causing a health hazard to the people of the town.I think it is only fair that we bury our dogs to show respect to what they have done for us.It does not require money or a funeral service to bury your dead dog.Fellow citizens, it’s time to be responsible and do things properly and it is fair and reasonable to bury our dogs when their departure time comes.Thomas Libebe Rundu
