RUNDU – Callers to the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) Rukavango Radio Service’s call-in programme have condemned the circumcision that resulted in the death of 12-year-old twins.
Ten day ago, Jacob Kalunga Kativa and his twin brother Esau Ndjamba Kativa were among five children circumcised at Kehemu Informal Settlement.
