Dialing divorce

AMMAN – A Jordanian man has divorced his wife for a third, and final, time in three years, accusing her of ruining him financially because she spent hours talking on the phone, Petra news agency reported yesterday.

“My wife would talk on the phone for hours with her sisters and girlfriends to discuss recipes, clothes and the latest fashion and I used to pay the monthly bill without complaint,” the man identified as Abu Sami told Petra.
