Pensioner accused of raping youngsters

A 69-year-old man appeared in the Outapi Magistrate’s Court at the end of last week on charges of raping two young girls, the Police reported in their crime bulletin.

Aipinge Petrus Angula allegedly raped a six- and a nine-year-old at Oipandahangano village in the Ombalantu area some time ago.
