Dividing Line In Otjiwarongo

I AM a concerned resident from the town of Otjiwarongo and would like to thank you for providing me a space to air my concern in your esteemed newspaper and again would like you to thank for keeping the spirit of freedom of speech and free and independent press alive.

My concerns stem from the disturbing state of affairs in the service delivery and the maintenance of infrastructure in and around Otjiwarongo.
