No sign of missing canoeists

OFFICIALS of the Namibian Police and the Sea Rescue Institute of Namibia (SRIN) said yesterday that there was still no sign of the two missing Walvis Bay canoeists.

Search and rescue operations, described to be one of the biggest at the coast in a long time, were launched at Walvis Bay on Sunday night after Thorsten Pronk and Jurgen Sager went missing earlier in the day.
