OUTAPI – Police at Okahao in the Omusati Region are investigating the death of a five-year-old child in a donkey-cart accident on Monday.
Sergeant Lineekela Shikongo of the Public Liaison Unit of the Namibian Police (NamPol) in the region named the child as Hilda Nuugwanga Pelama.
