OKATYALI – The Regional Councillor for the Okatyali Constituency in Oshana, Joseph Mupetami, says farmers in the Okadhiya grazing area are experiencing a serious shortage of water for their livestock.
Mupetami said farmers at another grazing area in the constituency, at Iitota village, faced similar problems.
