PARIS – France confirmed on Tuesday that striker David Trezeguet will miss the World Cup qualifiers against Switzerland and Cyprus because of a thigh injury.
The country’s top scorer sustained the injury while playing in Juventus’ 2-0 win over Inter Milan.
