Goods And Bads

I WOULD like to make some observations about some parastatals and the Government at large.I was relieved to learn from the NBC news on 18 December 2005 that Nampost is trying to do something to resolve the issue of delayed or late mail while the MVA fund is trying to put reflectors on donkeys in Ondonga as a pilot study to avoid accidents.

At least one can see that some people are trying to do their level best and be creative to make a difference.
