December robberies spread to Oshikoto

THE string of armed robberies that have been occurring throughout the country in recent weeks spread to Otjiwarongo last week, with five armed suspects breaking into the Village Bar at the town last Tuesday.

Two people were injured during the incident, in which employees and customers were held at gunpoint, Police reported.
