NAMIBIA and China have signed an agreement to facilitate criminal investigations or proceedings taking place in either country.
Lawyers from the Ministry of Justice and officials from the Namibian Police and Ministry of Foreign Affairs negotiated the draft treaty with visiting Chinese officials during the last week of March, said a statement released yesterday by Cabinet.
