187 dogs ‘taken off streets’

WINDHOEK – A total of 187 dogs were picked up off the streets of Windhoek from April to August, City Police spokesperson Marx Hipandwa said yesterday.

The dogs were mainly found on the streets of Katutura, Windhoek North and Windhoek West.
