COUNCILLOR Emilia Amupewa (Swapo), retained the mayoral chain after she was re-elected as Mayor of Luederitz at the council’s extraordinary meeting yesterday.
Wilhelmina Sylvestester (Swapo) will serve as Deputy Mayor.
