A SWAKOPMUND Police officer yesterday appeared in court on charges of bribery, theft and defeating the course of justice, after he had allegedly been caught red-handed selling a Police docket to someone facing a drunken driving charge.
Police officer Willie Coetzee (46) was arrested on Monday, allegedly after he had been caught selling a docket on a drunken driving case for N$2 000.
