THE Office of the Regional Director of Education in Omusati has sent an inspector to Onkembadhala Primary School to investigate a report that a boy sustained serious injuries when a teacher allegedly banged his head against that of another boy.
This alleged incident was reported to The Namibian via an SMS message.
