TK and his ugly brown jersey have left the BBA house. Yay! The Zambian wannabe rapper who fancied himself as something of a gangsta was voted out by an overwhelming majority of viewers.
Eleven out of 13 countries voted him out. Most of the time he was known for doing – nothing much, really. He just liked to sit around in a bit of a slothful daze.It was an endless cycle.Sleep.Smoke skyfs.Sometimes stare lovingly into Sheila’s eyes.Drink some dops.Gossip.Eat.Sleep.Smoke …You get the picture. After replacing himself with our girl Lucille, TK lost the last few fans he had left in Namibia.NATASHA UYS chatted to the sixth BBA III evictee about that damn brown jersey, cheating during the HoH task – something he admitted in the house but now denies – and rapping his way through Africa. How do you feel about being out the BBA house and back in the real world? OK.A bit tired but otherwise I’m all good.A bit sad that I never had the chance to win but I went up against a very strong competitor, so I don’t mind being out.By now you must realise that everyone hated that brown jersey of yours.Did it contain some powerful juju? No, it wasn’t even like that. The aircon was always on in that house and sometimes it got really cold.It never had no juju. It’s actually my mother’s jersey.I just kinda grabbed it on my way out.I actually thought it was quite beautiful.(?!?) Did Tawana really give you a BJ? (Laughs) A gentleman never tells. You were quite cruel when telling her to back off.Do you regret that now? No, I don’t really regret it.Perhaps I was a bit harsh but I never meant to be.I was just trying to make a point. What do you think about Tawana-sum-sex and her bed-hopping ways? I think she’s a great person. She is the type of person who knows what she wants and goes for it.Did you really fall for Sheila or was it all a strategy? I really did have feelings for her.Have you had a chance to speak to her since you left the house? No, I haven’t had any time.I will call her as soon as I get home. You must have heard by now that she said that she didn’t really have any romantic feelings for you.Yeah, I have heard that but like I said, I haven’t had a chance to speak to her yet.I can’t speculate on anything until I do.What about your long-term girlfriend? She’s in the UK.Hopefully we are still going to be together.I am going to try and make sure that’s how it stays.Lots of Namibians don’t like the fact that you replaced yourself with Lucille.Do you regret that decision? I don’t regret it.At the time it was the right thing to do.It was a game after all but I didn’t set out to get her evicted.I thought she was a strong contender. She was beautiful and I thought Africa would keep her in the house. It was a miscalculation on my part.Sunday night when you were chatting to KB you seemed so animated and entertaining. Why were you so boring in the house? I don’t think I was boring.I always put my all in to it.If I wasn’t involved with the rest of the group then I was doing something else, reading or working out.But you sat out on a couple of group tasks? With those tasks everyone has something to say, everyone has an opinion so I would sit back and let them sort it out.Did you cheat on the second HoH task? It was a game.(Laughs) Of course I never cheated.Come on, you are out of the house now, you can admit it.Nah, I never cheated. Is it true that you lived in Namibia for some time? Yeah, I was supposed to be studying Computer Science at Unam in 2003.But there was really nothing I was doing.I wasn’t studying at all, just drinking, so after about about months I went back home. You seemed to drink dops and smoke skyfs a lot.Is that all your life is about? No, no, no, no, no.My life is all about rapping. You guys will get to see that real soon.I am a fulltime rapper and my album will be released before the end of the year.I was supposed to release it before I went into the BBA house but there wasn’t enough time so I am really going to push it as soon as I get home. It’s got great beats and it really flows.I’m going to drop it soon. It’s titled ‘O.N.E.’ which stands for Other Niggaz Envy. What is the most important thing you learned about yourself while you were in the house? I learned a lot of patience.More than I ever thought I had.I also learned a lot about the different African countries and cultures. The UN poverty alleviation task really touched me.Learning about the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and what is being done to reduce poverty and child mortality was enlightening.I am hoping to do as much as I can to push the MDGs now that I am out of the house.* Keep watching Channel 198 for all the 24-hour action.Check out the daily highlights shows on Channel 102 every day at 20h00 and Sunday shows at 19h00.Also, keep sending your views to bba@namibian.com.naMost of the time he was known for doing – nothing much, really.
