Is it because of the N$10 parents are paying for the forms? The Ministry should also look into the validity of birth certificates because many parents are adjusting DOB (dates of birth) to obtain early entrance for their children at the expense of the rightful six-year-olds.n WE need your help! We are here at Oshikunde SSS and we have no water, food, books or teachers.How can we pass? And how can we study if we are hungry and have no books?
