Rajoelina has threatened him with arrest if he returns.’The team’s main mission is to assist Madagascar to return to constitutional normalcy,’ he added. The former president fled the country on March 25, but he is still recognised by the international community as the island’s lawful leader. The SADC in June appointed Chissano to help mediate in the crisis.Chissano will be in Madagascar until July 13, said Mubita. – Nampa-AFP
