Bank Windhoek has appointed Saara Shivute as its new executive officer of sales and bancassurance, effective from 1 June.
“Saara has been instrumental in driving the bank’s success since joining us in 2018 as head of specialist finance,” Bank Windhoek’s managing director, Baronice Hans said.
According to Hans, under the leadership of Shivute the banks specialist finance division achieved growth, making them the market leader in installment sales and leases.
“We are confident that she will continue to drive success in her new role,” Hans said.
Shivute has over 20 years of experience in banking, microlending, telecommunications and the power industry.
She holds a Bachelor of Economics and an Honnours Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management.
“I believe that we can make a positive difference through our customer-centric approach of delivering products and services tailored to meet our customer’s needs,” said Shivute.
