I am sure that Sarel will step up to the new role. He has already done six matches against Kenya, he proved himself to be a very capable man manager. ‘I would also like to recognize the role that former captain Craig Williams played in the development of Namibia’s cricket. Craig made a very valuable contribution in the way he approached the game. I am looking forward to seeing him playing without the pressure of captaincy over his head.’
