AN inadvertent error crept into yesterday’s article ‘Coastal councils see red over RED’.

Paul Rooi of the Swakop Town Council’s Management Committee said that the Council enjoyed a 21 per cent growth a year in surpluses generated until the 2004-2005 financial year, while it was still responsible for the distribution of electricity.
