Desert Jewels defender Mwale Mulenamaswe has thanked Netball Namibia (NN) for the opportunity to play in Singapore’s lucrative netball league.

Mulenamaswe urged young aspiring netballers never to give up on their dreams.

“You have awarded us opportunities to showcase our talent locally and to represent our nation proudly in international competitions. It is such opportunities that have led to a huge milestone for me and Cornelia Mupenda to go play in the second round of the Singapore Netball Super League 2025,” she said.

Namibia Sports Commission chief administrator Freddy Mwiya urged the netball player to represent Namibia with pride and conviction.

He encouraged her to fly the country’s flag high on the international netball stage.
