The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) says it will study the court judgement delivered in favour of the Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF).
NEFF on Thursday won its case against the ECN, following the cancellation of its registration as a political party in June.
“The commission is busy studying the reasons contained in the 51-page judgement and will in due course pronounce its position on the ruling,” noted a statement issued by the ECN on Thursday afternoon.
