The Erongo police confiscated goods worth N$625 700 during an operation at Walvis Bay from 16 to 28 January, with 37 arrests made.
The two-week special operation was in response to the increase in crime at the town.
The majority of the products were drugs, including mandrax tablets, crack cocaine, crystal meth, illicit cigarettes, illicit whiskeys, and money.
Dangerous weapons and suspected stolen goods were also confiscated during a stop-and-search operation, including knobkerries, knives, screwdrivers, scissors, golf clubs, pangas, cellphones, laptops, an Xbox, pocket Wi-Fi, an iPad, and a hard drive.
An operation was also carried out at Swakopmund from 20 January.

Knives, scissors, knobkerries, pangas and a screwdriver were confiscated during a stop-and-search operation.
Four bankies of cannabis were found on the ground, while six units of crack cocaine valued at N$600 where found on a suspect.
Another suspect was arrested with 14 bankies of cannabis worth N$500.

Goods recovered from pawnshops and the community include washing machines, televisions, a double-door fridge, a bed, a couch, clothes, and other household materials.
Erongo police commander Nikolaus Kapembona says it is worrying that most of the suspects are young people.
“We are losing a youthful society because of drugs and all these criminal activities.“ he says.
Kapembona complimented the Erongo community for cooperating with the police, while urging them to join as police reservists.
