Today, 1 August, Vinyls Comedy Hour is back. Hosted by Zita and starring Slick, Lifa and Funny Jones, come through for some laughs for just N$100.

South African blues singer Albert Frost is touring Namibia this weekend. On Friday, 2 August, he will be at Sound Garden at Swakopmund. On Saturday he will be at The Village Garden in Windhoek and on Sunday he will be at Die Bendehuis. Tickets are available on Quicket.

The ‘Chip In Saturday Party’ is this weekend on 3 August at Hookies Entertainment at Groot Aub.

Catch performances by Couzin, Tsuikii, Try Twice and others. Entrance is N$20.

This Saturday the Boeremark will be at the Windhoek Showgrounds from 08h00.

It’s marathon time! Grab your running shoes and join the Brandberg RMB Backyard Ultra this Saturday with Namibia Ultra Trails at Uis.

On Friday, 16 August, South Africa’s Mafikizolo will be live in Windhoek at the Doc Jubber Hockey Field. Tickets start at N$300 and supporting acts include The Ells, 4×4 Too Much Power, Hot Pocket Band and Uncle & Friends.

And then on Friday, 23 August, the Matutura Cultural Festival Fashion Show will be showcased at the Swakopmund Multipurpose Centre Hall from 18h00.
