Mbumba said Geingob fought a good fight.

He added that Geingob remained fervent and fought consistently without wavering, both for his family and for Namibia.

“May you no longer be weary and may you no longer be burdened,” Mbumba said.

“We will take care of the Namibian house and the needs of the citizens,” Mbumba added.

He further thanked all the global leaders who attended president Geingob’s funeral proceedings.
