A 41-year-old female teacher of Friendly Private Primary School at Rundu’s Tutungeni location collapsed and died on the school grounds on Monday afternoon.
According to a police report, the deceased, Sindano Racheal Masela, allegedly went to a tap to fetch water, but collapsed and died instantly.
Her body was taken to the Rundu State Hospital mortuary for a post-mortem.
The police say no inquest has been opened yet, while investigations are continuing.
Her next of kin have been informed.
