FOUR men arrested over the weekend for assaulting an elderly farmer at Farm Corrigenda in the Osire District briefly appeared in the Otjiwarongo Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning.
The four are Simon Kambindu (21), Rudolf Xoagub (25), Mervin Kambindu (20), and Ismail Tjipuka (21).They were not asked to plead to the charges against them and the case was postponed to March 4 for further investigation.No bail was granted.
