Goodbye

I am writing this letter with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes.

I cannot believe you are no longer with us.

It’s hard for me to come to terms with the fact that you chose to end your life. I am deeply saddened by your death, and my heart aches for you and your family.

Suicide is a complicated and sensitive issue. I don’t know what led you to take such a drastic step, but I understand you must have been going through immense pain and suffering to have made that decision.

It’s heartbreaking to think you were struggling so much, and I wish I could have done something to help you.

I want you to know that I am not angry with you. I am not judging you. I am not disappointed in you. I am only filled with sorrow for the loss of a beautiful human being who had so much to offer the world. You were loved, and you will be deeply missed.

I hope you have found peace now, wherever you are. I hope you have found the solace you were seeking in this life. I hope you are surrounded by love and warmth, and you know how much you were valued and cherished by those who knew you.

I also want to reach out to those who are still struggling with suicidal thoughts. Please know you are not alone. You are not worthless. You are not a burden. You are a precious human being, and you deserve to live a life that is filled with joy, love and meaning.

I know life can be difficult, and there are times when it feels like the pain will never end. But please remember pain is temporary. It may seem overwhelming right now, but it will pass. There is always hope, even in the darkest of times.

If you are struggling, please don’t be afraid to reach out for help. There are people who care about you, who want to see you thrive, and who are willing to support you through your struggles. You are not weak for seeking help. In fact, it takes great strength and courage to ask for assistance when you need it.

If you are feeling overwhelmed or hopeless, try to remember life is full of ups and downs.

There will be difficult times, but there will also be moments of joy and happiness. It’s important to hold on to the things that bring you joy, whether it’s spending time with loved ones, pursuing a hobby, or engaging in self-care.

Take care of yourself, my friend. Please know you are loved, and you are valued. Your life matters, and you have so much to offer the world.

A short poem for a departed friend:

When life seems to be too much to bear,

And everything around us is clouded with despair,

It’s easy to feel lost and all alone,

But remember, there’s always a silver lining to be shown.

The storm clouds may be dark and grey,

But they will pass and bring a brighter day,

The rain may soak and drench our soul,

But it will wash away the pain and make us whole.

In every hardship, there’s a lesson to be learned,

And through every trial, a blessing can be earned,

We may stumble and fall along the way,

But we’ll rise again, stronger each day.

Even in the midst of darkness and strife,

There’s always hope and a brighter life,

We just have to look beyond the gloom,

And find the silver lining that lights up the room.

So let’s embrace each challenge with open arms,

And see the beauty in all of its forms,

For every obstacle we overcome,

Is a victory won, and a new life begun.

Let’s choose to see the good in every situation,

And find the silver lining, without hesitation,

For life is a journey, filled with ups and downs,

But with each step we take, a new silver lining is found
