How Active are You in Your Community?

Did you ever ask yourself how active you are in your community? Well, it’s about time you stop engaging yourself in unproductive things like the abuse of alcohol and drugs and become active in community or country at large.

You might ask how can I be active for my community? Well, all you need to do is to have outreaches in your community, volunteer at old age homes or orphanages, participate in many activities, take part in organisations or forums and organise fund raising and career expos for your community.

If a country like Namibia has more active youth, this means the country’s future and vision looks promising as the future leaders are already playing their part in the development of the country.

If an individual does these things, he or she will inspire and motivate others to be a responsible citizen on the level of local, regional and global levels. However, you could also use your talent in some way that will bring change and growth in your community? As they say, nothing is impossible in life. Partnership is also a good element to success. So involve the community and country in the betterment of youth.

On the other hand, design and implement benefiting programs like for those that do not have sensible qualification to search for a job. Moreover, those also remember to offer safe, diverse, culturally enriching and intellectual activities.

In conclusion to that, if you make use of those factors you will achieve a lot in life. Like becoming a good leader or mentor in your community or even in the country, you will travel the world like a tourist and finally be a role model to others.

Namibia needs leaders who can do this in a cultivated way.
