King Tee Dee in court over drunk driving

Kwaito artist Martin Morocky, better known as The Dogg or King Tee Dee, appeared in court on Monday after being arrested for drunk driving at Ongwediva over the weekend.

The police’s crime report said the artist was arrested on Sunday evening, however, due to a lack of space at Ongwediva Police Station holding cells, he was immediately transferred to Ondangwa Police Station.

At the station, Morocky was charged with drunk driving and was granted bail in the amount of N$8 000 immediately upon arrest.

He appeared in the Ondangwa Magistrate’s Court on Monday for a formal bail application.
