Let’s claim back Hardap region – Nekongo

Swapo Party Youth League secretary Ephraim Nekongo says it is time for Swapo to reclaim its territory in the Hardap region.

Nekongo said this at a Swapo flag handout event at Mariental on Friday ahead of the party’s 64th anniversary celebration on Saturday at Hage Geingob Stadium at Mariental.

“What we want to do is to take over this region. Comrades, we must tell our fellow young people we have made the worst mistake in the history of the Republic of Namibia. This region has gone backwards, and you know it,” Nekongo said.

“This time around we must make sure we claim back our region. You cannot cut out the region from the rest of the country. That is the mistake.”
