Landless People’s Movement (LPM) leader Bernadus Swartbooi is set to launch the party’s manifesto on 28 September.
LPM spokesperson Lifazala Simataa has confirmed this, saying the manifesto serves as a document to best understand how a party addresses matters.
He says manifestos allow the public to compare parties.
“It is important to share the document to ensure the general public has a detailed understanding of our ideology and how we plan to address issues,” Simataa says.
THe LPM is the second party to announce the launch of its manifesto ahead of the November elections.
The Popular Democratic Movement is expected to launch its manifesto at its ongoing elective congress at Katima Mulilo on Sunday.
