AFRO-POP group Mafikizolo has promised Namibian fans an amazing performance at their concert on Friday.

The South African duo arrived in Windhoek on Thursday night and said fans could expect business as usual at the show at the Doc Jubber Hockey Field.

Speaking to The Namibian, vocalist Theo Kgosinkwe expressed his anticipation for a strong turnout from Namibians.

“Let’s fill up the place, it’s going to be electrifying, it’s going to be an amazing performance, and we are definitely going to make sure that it should be a performance that the Namibians will remember,” Kgosinkwe said.

Nhlanhla Mafu said she can’t wait to rock the stage.

“We are very excited and can’t wait to perform.”

Mafikizolo hasn’t had a public performance in Namibia for over 10 years.
