The police at Walvis Bay have confirmed that Isei-Mari Gottert (38) and her daughter (2) Amor Bester, who went missing at the town on Tuesday, have been found.
According to Erongo police commander for community affairs inspector Ileni Shapumba, Gottert and her daughter were found safe on Friday morning.
The mother and daughter left their house at 5th Street, Walvis Bay, on Tuesday morning for a walk but did not return home.
Her cellphone was unreachable.
“The police reserve not to disclose further details while attending to all matters pertaining to the investigation and safety of the victims,” said Shapumba.
