A MEMBER of the ‘Flight of the Phoenix’ film crew was killed in an accident outside Swakopmund on Friday morning.
Harry Smith (40) from the United States died on impact when his sedan car collided head-on with a bakkie at about 02h00 at the Vierkantklip turn-off just outside Swakopmund, the Walvis Bay Police said.
