Namibia Defence Force senior officer in court over State House crash

A SENIOR Namibian Defence Force member, John C Kashikakumwe (42), appeared before Magistrate Olivia Mutjavikua in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court yesterday.

He is facing four charges of drunken driving, pointing a firearm, reckless and negligent driving and defeating the course of justice after a vehicle he was driving hit a wall behind State House and he resisted arrest on Saturday evening.
