NamWater launches customer survey

The Namibia Water Corporation (NamWater) launched an external customer satisfaction survey to enhance community involvement and service delivery.

NamWater spokesperson Lot Ndamanomhata says the initiative intends to see Namibians have access to clean and reasonably priced water.

“This survey is a vital instrument for streamlining our operations and matching our services to the demands of our clients, not only for gathering comments,” Ndamanomhata says.

The spokesperson says by taking part, Namibians would be enabled to better target their offers, find areas for development and improve their communication techniques.

“This programme demonstrates NamWater’s dedication to openness, responsibility and ongoing development,” he says.

Ndamanomhata notes this will help the corporation gather a variety of viewpoints to better serve the communities.

“We kindly ask you to take part in the survey and share it with your followers. We will make the poll results available to the public as proof of our commitment to continuous development,” he states.’
