PRIME Minister Theo-Ben Gurirab has expressed his condolences to the family of the late Heinrich Orr, affectionately known as Boetietjie, who died on September 13.
“It was with a deep sense of shock and disbelief that I learned of the untimely passing away of Comrade Orr,” the Prime Minister said in a media release.
